Suggestions: Future Enhancements

1.) When clicking "Remember login", make it permanent.
2.) Under New Stuff: a.) Not only list Initial Topics /Posts/ Uploads, but also comments; b.) When members login have those items unread/unviewed by that particular member, highlighted.
3.) Email all members when there's a new post, comment, or photo/video upload.

Maybe some of these enhancements already exist, but they're not working on our site. If that's the case would appreciate you taking a look at them.

Videos being cut short

I keep uploading videos and they are being cut short.
I have upgraded my service... Shouldn't I have the use of full video upload???
This aren't very videos either. Only about a 1minute and 7 seconds..help

Plan details discrepancy

The Plans page on your website shows unlimited disk space for the gold plan. However, on my site settings page it says "Upgrade to gold for ... 5 GB disk space". Also, your Plans page shows a max. 20 users for the silver plan, but my site settings says I have "4 of unlimited" users. Which is correct.

I am wanting to start a site,have no idea how to set it up as in
1. how to edit the screens - what program if any do I need.
2. want to setup a family tree page with lines/diagram
3. I think the gold plan has everything else I want,oh can you password the upload area?
4. Does anybody have a site/template to share or I can see to get an idea as to what I would like.
Any help would be appreciated as I would actually like to get this paid and up and running by the weekend.This will be a non-ad private family site.

I just upgraded and I was wanting to know how long it took before you had the ability to use the "upgrades". I am running into issues with not being able to move photos into files after they have already been uploaded. I looked at other posts and there apparently at one time was an edit button on the details page, but I dont have that.

trouble adding text to pictures

I am trying to put a description on the pictures on my album and it keeps booting me out to the dashboard everytime. Can you please look into that? I have already tried the typical trouble shoot of making sure I have not been inactive for more than 20 mins. Please let me know if this can be fixed.
