Is the Silver Plan really free? What's the catch?
Yep, it's really free. We offer the silver plan for free in hopes that you'll want to upgrade at some point in the future.

Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. Our subscription service is managed by Paypal so you can cancel from within your family website or from your Paypal account manager. There are no cancellation fees or other hidden fees.

Does each member have to pay?
No. Only the person who signs-up is billed. All other family members join for free.


Can I start with a free site and upgrade later?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time.


What is a custom domain name?
With the platinum plan, you can create a custom domain for your family website ( i.e. http://www.TheRogersFamilys.com ), which is easier to remember and tell your family members over the phone.
