Hi Michael, There is an intermittent issues causing some videos to get cut off after about 1 minute. Our technical team is working on this and expects to have a resolution by end of next week or earlier. Thanks! |

Hi Michael, They are still having some licensing related issues with the third party tool they are using to convert the videos. Sorry this has taken so long to resolve, but our development team is now shooting to have it all sorted out be end of this week. Thanks, |

I'm afraid that this still is not resolved. Videos are still being truncated to 30 seconds... and now it also appears that video uploads are not working properly. I have tried numerous uploads all of different lengths, but none are successful. I have attempted this from both Firefox and Internet Explorer v6 and v8, and from three different computers...no luck. The uploaded videos seem to "process" for hours (literally) and are never available. |

Hi Michael, Sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues. I'll have our development team look into it asap. Couple of questions if you don't mind: What type and size is the file you are trying to upload? Thanks! |

All of the files were .WMVs, and the file sizes were approximately 4MB, 5MB, and 6MB. One of the files was one that I had uploaded previously and reported that it was being truncated to 30 seconds. When you reported the problem was resolved, I attempted to play the file again with the same results. I thought that I might need to remove/delete the file from the system and upload it again, but was not able to. Thinking that the issue might be some kind of 'residual' from the original video, I attempted to upload other videos, but was unable to. However...just prior to sending this, I uploaded a smaller (@900K) .wmv and both the upload and playback worked. This file happened to be a 30-second clip, so I can't say whether the 30-second limit hit this file.
