1) Is there a way that a user can stay linked to the chat area, once they have joined a chat, when they may navigate away from it to do something else on the family website (say, like look at a photo or event and then be able to come back to chat without "joining" again)? Can this be fixed or is it us? 2) The sound feature isn't working in the chat area -- you click on the icon to turn the sound on, but it doesn't give you a noise when someone sends you a message and then when you navigate to another folder/dashboard item and return back to "chat," the sound icon is off. Can this be fixed or is it me? |

Hi Leslie, 1) The easiest way to do this is to have two browser windows up and the same time, so that one is alway open on the chat page. 2) I'll have our development team look into this, but I just did a quick sanity check and it was working for me. What browser are you using? Thanks! |

I know this is the easiet way to do it, but I thought there should be something that sounds off or something if you are on and someone else is on at the same time and they want you to join the chat -- as it is, you have to almost "schedule" a time for both of you to be in there and then you have to stay on that page and not move around. Is there anything in the works to get the sound to work? Thank you! |

Hi Leslie, Thanks for your feedback and I see your point. I've passed this on to our development team for consideration of enhancing the way the chat feature currently works. Thanks! |

Has the chat issues been resolved about notification of chat room guest when working on another activity within the website? It would be convenient to have an instant messaging function that allows you to talk to online family members without going back and forth to the chat room only to find out they're gone as well as your conversation. Can something be done? Thanks |

Hi Sharon, We will investigate options in this area ASAP, but we don't currently have any plans to make enhancements as of yet. Thanks for your feedback! |

We are having trouble connecting to anyone to chat. We see their name on the dashboard page, but no one can see each other when we try to chat. What is the solution? |
