hi there i am brand new to this so please bear with me. I have created my site but on my dashboard when i click the link to upload photos it sends me back to the very first page of Family Details.

I am having this same problem (on multiple computers and operating systems) and it is very frustrating. I was considering switching to your service. However, uploading pictures is the most important function for our family. If I can't get it to work, then I definitely won't be using this site.
