I have created other folders under FILES. How can I move files from the FILES folder to the new sub folders I have created without uploading them again?

Thanks,

From the Media page:

1. Change the view to "Details (edit)"
2. When you click on the folder icon, you should see the folder tree allowing you to move the photo.

Hope that helps!

I am not talking about the PHOTO Files, I know how to move them. I am talking about the FILES folder.

If you respond to my e-mail or this message board I will tell you where the problem is. I found a work-around for this problem. Also I have a suggestion on your design so that it isn't so hard to move pictures. Very, VERY, Very disappointed in this website, esp. when I have had to pay for the sub par service.

Hi Don,

I'm very sorry to hear that you are disappointed. We do our best to provide excellent service, so I am sorry we haven't meet your expectations in this area.

With regards to the 2 issues you have brought up, here is were we're at:

File Moving - I'm afraid we don't have this feature. We decided to implement a very simple file management tool because it would be easy to use, and also because the vast majority of files uploaded go to photos or videos. We will likely add an option to move files at some point in the future.

Photo Moving - Our development team is looking into this and should have a response by tomorrow end of day if not sooner.

Thanks,
Kiley Madison

The problem with you website is when you have a folder that has a page 2 of photos. The 2nd page does not reference the correct photo when in the detail mode. The work around is that to move photos out of the General Photo to another folder. You cannot move photos that are on more that the 1st page. Also, in your Detail Mode, the picture that references the thumbnail is not correct. If you are in the thumbnail mode, it does work. Also, could you make it so that when moving photos, the move to folder selection is always on the right side of the screen. When you have it on the left, it is hard to navigate without losing the tree options of when you want to move a photo.

If I were to rate the Moving Photos Fix that you just made from 1-10, I would give it about a 15 - GREAT fix - I really like it and it is very easy to use now.
