Can you clarify if the monthly payments of $10 or so is per family member or per family?

It is per family and our Gold and Platinum plans allow for an unlimited number of members who can join your family website.

The original Family had 8 children. some of them married and had more children. We are going into the 5th generation and more on the way.

Is this included in the 10.00$ a month sence all of the 1st generation and many of the 2nd generation are gone?

Yes, you can invite as many people as you like to your website if you upgrade to a Gold or Platinum plan. There is no restriction.
