I just upgraded and I was wanting to know how long it took before you had the ability to use the "upgrades". I am running into issues with not being able to move photos into files after they have already been uploaded. I looked at other posts and there apparently at one time was an edit button on the details page, but I dont have that. |

I would also be interested in knowing how to move photos to a "new folder" after they have already been uploaded by a member -- everyone keeps posting to general and I tried a few things over the weekend to copy, move, etc. from the general folder to a new folder I created. No luck (I have the next upgrade up from the free and nothing seems to work). |

I additionally can't see all of my pictures at this time? Is that due to the same problems?? Plus once I have upgraded, I haven't made my domain name. How does that work?Thanks!!! |

Hi Lulie, Pictures - There is an issue on the dashboard where occasionally the first time to visit the dashboard, it just shows the 4 demo pictures, but if you reload the page it works fine. Is this the issue you are having? This issue should be resolved very shortly. Domain Name - after 30 days of service you should receive an automated email instructions for getting your domain setup. Unfortunately, it is not available right away because we like to give users a 30 day period where we offer a hassle free full refund in case the chose to cancel their service for any reason. If we offered the domain right away, we would not be able to do that because of the costs associated with us purchasing setting up the domain for you. Thanks! |

No this is not the problem i was refering to. When I go to my general photos it says at the bottom of the page that there is 1 of 72 pictures. Although it gives you the option to scroll to additionally screens that has the remaining 72, it does not show the rest of the pictures. So basically you can't scroll to page 2 and 3. |
