I have not received any insructions via email on how to set up my customized website. I purchased the platinum plan and it has been more than 30 days.

Hi Dedrick,
All you need to do is let us know what domain name you would like and we'll take care of the rest.
You can check out available names here:
http://www.godaddy.com/domains/search.aspx?isc=gppt02a877&ci=8990
Once you have selected the domain you want, email it to us and also include the email address that you are using on our site. We will then purchase the domain at no additional cost to you (the cost is already included in your subscription) and set it up to point to your family website. This process may take up to several days.
Once it's all setup, you will be able to access your site directly from the domain name you choose (i.e.: www.the-colbert-family.com). You will still be able to access your site via the old url (i.e.: www.familydetails.com/the-colbert-family/).
Thanks!

Hi Dedrick,
Everything is setup on our side. It may take up to 72 hours for the domain change to propagate to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) but it usually just takes a few hours.
Thanks!
