I keep uploading videos and they are being cut short.
I have upgraded my service... Shouldn't I have the use of full video upload???
This aren't very videos either. Only about a 1minute and 7 seconds..help

This issue still has not been resolved. The site will not load any video now. There are a couple of videos that have been loading from a couple of months ago still in a pending status!!!... I am highly frustrated with this function as it has never worked properly.

Hi Julie,

I sincerely apologize for your frustration. Form reviewing our logs, I know that there have been hundreds of recent successful video uploads, so I'm not sure what could be causing the issues you are experiencing. However, I will have our technical team look into this ASAP.

BTW - You may need to delete and re-upload any video that appears to be hung up in a pending status. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

Our technical team has made some updates that should eliminate the prior issues your were having. Can you please try uploading a video and let me know if it now works ok for you?
